Live Chat for AV Integrators, Run by a Concierge That Actually Books the Consult
Not an outsourced agent reading a script, and not a widget that says how can I help you today. A concierge trained on your service lines, your brands, and your coverage area, answering at full speed at 2 a.m. and putting consults on your calendar.

There are three things people call live chat, and they are not close to the same product. One is a staffed service where an offshore agent takes a name and a phone number and promises someone will follow up. One is a generic website chatbot that opens with a greeting, collects an email, and does nothing else. The third is a concierge trained on your actual business, which is the only version that turns an 11 p.m. browser into a Thursday consult.
We build the third one, and it ships as part of every AV integrator system we deliver. It knows the brands you install, the towns you cover, what your projects typically run, and what you do not take on. It qualifies the way you would qualify on a discovery call, then books the call itself and drops the whole transcript in your lead dashboard with an SMS to your phone.
How the system works
Four systems that run while you’re on the job site.
01
What it knows before it says a word
The concierge is loaded with your service lines, the product lines you actually install, every town and neighborhood you cover, your typical project range, and the work you turn down. It can tell a Lutron question from a Control4 question because those answers came from you, not from a generic support template someone bolted onto a chat widget.
02
Qualification inside the conversation
It asks what you would ask: which room or building, how many zones, new construction or retrofit, what the timeline looks like, whether a GC or designer is involved, and where the property is. A visitor twenty miles outside your coverage area gets a straight answer instead of becoming an hour you never get back.
03
It books, it does not just collect a name
When the visitor qualifies, the concierge offers real open times and puts a 30-minute consult on your calendar inside the same conversation. The transcript, contact details, and every qualifying answer land in one lead dashboard, and your phone gets an SMS in under 10 seconds.
04
2 a.m. is the entire point
Homeowners research AV projects after the kids are down. GCs fire off inquiries from job sites on Saturday. Those are exactly the hours nobody is staffing a chat window. The concierge answers at the same speed overnight as it does at 2 p.m., and you wake up to a booked consult with the context already gathered.
What it fixes
Your buyers research at the hours you have no coverage.
The homeowner comparing three integrators at 11 p.m. is your best-fit prospect and your least-covered hour. They pick whoever engaged them.
How we fix it: The concierge runs nights, weekends, and holidays at full speed and books the consult before the tab closes.
A staffed chat service cannot answer your questions.
An outsourced agent can take a name and a number. Ask whether you do a RadioRA retrofit in a 1940s house and the conversation stops cold.
How we fix it: Training on your services, brands, coverage, and project minimums means the specific question gets a specific answer.
A generic chatbot is a contact form with a typing animation.
It greets, collects an email, and promises a follow-up. That is the same wait your form already asked the visitor to accept.
How we fix it: This one qualifies and books. The output is a consult on the calendar, not one more unread message in a queue.

Common questions
Is this AI or real people?
AI, and the widget says so. We do not dress it up as a human named Ashley. In practice buyers do not mind an assistant that answers instantly and accurately at midnight. What they mind is a bot that stalls on the second question.
How is this different from hiring a live chat service?
Coverage and knowledge. Covering your site around the clock with people means staffing 168 hours a week, and the person on shift at 2 a.m. will not know your brands or your service area. The concierge covers every hour and is trained on your business specifically, which is the part that converts.
What happens when it gets a question it cannot answer?
It says so, captures the contact, and flags the conversation for you instead of guessing. It will occasionally hit something outside what it was trained on, and we would rather it hand off than invent an answer you have to walk back on the call.
Will it quote prices?
Only ranges you approve, and never a bid. Most integrators want it to give a typical starting range so unqualified visitors self-select out, then leave the real number to the consult. Some want no numbers at all. Both are configurations, not arguments.
Do I need traffic before this is worth it?
Yes, and this is the honest limit of chat. If thirty people visit your site a month, a better conversion rate is a rounding error. Chat converts traffic that already exists. If you have a traffic problem, the local search pages come first and the concierge rides along with them.
How long does it take to train on my business?
It is part of the two to three week build. We load your services, brands, coverage area, and project parameters during asset collection, then tune it after launch by reading real transcripts and fixing whatever it handled badly.
