These terms govern your use of servicebuildshq.com. By using the site or booking a call through it, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email cameron@servicebuildshq.com.

What this site is, and is not

servicebuildshq.com is a marketing site for Service Builds HQ, a productized agency that builds websites and conversion systems for AV integrators. The site describes our services and lets you book a 30-minute intro call.

The site itself is not a service agreement. If we go on to work together, the engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on this site, including pricing, timelines, case study results, or descriptions of what is included in the offer, creates a contract on its own. Specifics are confirmed in writing during the engagement.

Booking a call

When you book a call, you are reserving thirty minutes on Cameron Welther’s calendar. There is no fee, no obligation, and no commitment. Either of us can reschedule or cancel using the link in the calendar invite. If you no-show twice in a row, we may decline to book a third call.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or anyone else.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, including the booking infrastructure or hosting environment.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the content of this site in bulk.
• Use the booking form to test exploits, run automated traffic, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.

Ownership

The text, design, photography, code, and case study materials on this site are owned by Service Builds HQ or licensed to us. You can quote short excerpts with attribution; please do not republish the site or its case studies wholesale.

If we build a site for you under a separate agreement, the work we produce for you is yours per the terms of that agreement. That is governed by the Service Agreement, not this page.

Case study and results

The Iron Lion A.V. case study describes one client’s results over a specific period. It is not a prediction or a guarantee. Marketing outcomes depend on the operator, the local market, the trade, the offer, and a dozen other factors we do not control. We will tell you on the intro call whether we think the math works for your business specifically.

Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services (Cal.com, Resend, Vercel, Google) to operate. Their terms govern those services. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party sites we link to. Outbound links are provided for convenience.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We try hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is suitable for your particular situation. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or business advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Service Builds HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any direct damages connected to the site itself is capped at one hundred dollars (US$100). This cap does not apply to a signed Service Agreement, which has its own liability terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to each other will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged where it makes sense. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
