We Fill Your Calendar With Qualified Appointments. You Just Show Up and Close.
Campaigns across Local Service Ads, Google, and Meta, chosen for your market, with every lead vetted by us and put on your calendar as a real appointment. Your ad budget goes directly to the platforms, never through us. We earn a percentage of the revenue we bring you, so the only number we manage toward is the one you close.
Book a strategy callHere is the pattern we see in almost every local service business around the $2M mark: revenue tracks the owner's personal hours. When you are out selling, the pipeline fills. Then you land a few jobs, you go run them, and about 60 days later the phone goes quiet. It feels like the market softened. It did not. You were the marketing department, and you clocked out to go do the work.
This page is the fix for that. We build and run ad campaigns for you across Local Service Ads, Google, and Meta, picking the channels that fit your trade and your metro instead of running the same playbook everywhere. And we do not stop at the click. Every lead that comes in gets vetted by us, a real person asking the qualifying questions, and lands on your calendar as a booked appointment, not a phone number for you to chase between jobs.
Two things make this different from the last agency you tried. First, ads turn on only after tracking works, because a campaign pointed at a site that cannot convert just makes the leak bigger. Second, the accountability is in writing: every month you get a performance statement with the math shown line by line. If we brought you nothing, the statement says zero.
How the system works
Four systems that run while you’re on the job site.
01
Tracking first, then ads
Before a dollar of your budget moves, the pipes are in place: every lead source lands in one system, every call and form hits your phone in under 10 seconds, and every conversation is saved in your dashboard. Campaigns get built in weeks 1 and 2 and go live in week 3, after we have proof the site converts and the tracking catches everything. Turning ads on before that just pays to send buyers into a hole.
02
Channels picked for your market, not for our convenience
Local Service Ads, Google Search, and Meta each do a different job. LSA is usually the fastest path to a booked job for a licensed trade. Google Search catches buyers who already know what they need. Meta reaches the ones who do not know your service exists yet. Which goes first, and where the budget concentrates, depends on your trade, your metro, and your average job size. We make that call per market and explain the reasoning.
03
Every lead vetted and booked by a person
An ad lead is not a customer, it is a maybe. We run the qualification and booking loop ourselves, not software alone: confirming the service is one you offer, the address is in your area, and the project is worth your calendar, then booking the appointment. You open your calendar and see real appointments with context, instead of a list of missed calls from three days ago.
04
Weekly budget management, monthly math
Every week, money moves toward the campaigns that book appointments and away from the ones that do not. Every month you get a performance statement with the math line by line: what was spent, what came in, the revenue our leads brought you, and our share of it. Your ad spend goes directly to the platforms the whole time, never marked up, never through us.
What it fixes
Your pipeline tracks your personal hours.
When you sell, work comes in. When you run the jobs, selling stops, and 60 days later the pipeline is dry and you are back out hustling. The business cannot grow past what your calendar can absorb, and you can never take a real week off.
How we fix it: Campaigns that generate appointments whether or not you sold anything this week. The pipeline stops being a function of your hours.
You tried ads before and paid for traffic that went nowhere.
Most ad money in this industry is wasted before the click, on campaigns pointed at a site that cannot convert and a phone nobody tracks. The ads worked, the follow-up did not, and the agency's report could not tell you which.
How we fix it: Ads turn on only after tracking works. Every lead is captured, attributed to its source, and visible in one dashboard, so we know exactly which campaign paid for itself.
Leads arrive while you are on a job, and they go cold.
A raw ad lead has a shelf life of minutes. If you are up a ladder or mid-install when the call comes in, that lead is calling your competitor by the time you break for lunch. Buying more leads into that situation just raises the cost of losing them.
How we fix it: Every lead hits your phone in under 10 seconds, and we work it either way: vetted, qualified, and booked on your calendar by us while you stay on the job.
You could never tell what the last agency actually made you.
Reports full of impressions and clicks, spend routed through the agency with a markup buried in it, and no line anywhere that says what you closed. When the invoice and the results have nothing to do with each other, the agency gets paid either way.
How we fix it: Your spend goes directly to the platforms and stays your own. Our performance fee is a percentage of the revenue we bring you, measured monthly against closed jobs, and the statement shows the math line by line.

Common questions
Which channels do you run?
Local Service Ads, Google Ads, and Meta, in whatever mix fits your market. For a licensed trade, LSA usually goes first because it is the fastest path to a booked job. Google Search catches buyers actively looking, and Meta builds volume from people who did not know to search for you. We do not run every channel for every client; we run the ones your market rewards, and the channel pages linked below explain how we handle each one.
What does it cost?
This is our Growth Complete plan: the same base price as Growth Pro, plus a performance fee on the revenue we bring you, measured monthly. We walk through the exact numbers on the strategy call. It includes everything in Growth Pro (your website, SEO with weekly articles, lead routing and CRM, and Google Business Profile management) plus campaign management and lead qualification and booking. Your ad budget is separate and goes directly to the platforms. And every plan carries our twelve-month recoup guarantee: if attributable jobs have not covered your investment within twelve months of going live, we keep working at no further cost until they have.
Do you mark up my ad spend or run it through your accounts?
No. The ad accounts are yours, the budget is yours, and every dollar of it goes directly to Google and Meta. We never touch the money and we never take a percentage of spend, which matters more than it sounds: an agency paid on spend gets richer when your ads get more expensive. We get paid on what you close, so we want your spend as low as it can go while the calendar stays full.
What counts as revenue you brought me?
Closed revenue from leads we sourced: leads from the campaigns and leads we qualified and booked. It is tracked in the CRM by lead source and closed disposition, so a job counts when you actually win it, not when it enters the pipeline. Your referrals, your repeat customers, and every other source you built yourself are never counted. If your brother-in-law sends you a $200k project, we do not see a dime of it.
How fast will I see appointments?
Campaigns get built in weeks 1 and 2 while the website and tracking go live, and ads switch on in week 3. Appointments typically start landing on your calendar in the first month. Our first client closed an $18,000-profit commercial job 18 days after launch. We will not promise you that number, because no honest agency promises closes, but it shows what the system looks like when the market cooperates.
What does lead qualification and booking actually involve?
A person, not software alone. When a lead comes in, we confirm the basics before it touches your calendar: is this a service you offer, is the address in your area, is the project scope worth a truck roll. Real inquiries get booked as appointments with the context you need to close. Tire kickers and wrong numbers get filtered out so you never drive to one. Every conversation is saved in your dashboard, so you can read exactly what was said before you show up.
